Warning if using GroupOn!!! I purchased a GroupOn for an aesthetic service. The redemption instructions said to book an appointment through their website. However when you attempt to book online it doesn’t allow you to and says to call instead. When I called the woman who answered said not to call but instead to text their number to request an appointment. I texted twice now days apart and zero response. I am attempting to get a refund through GroupOn.
Great customer service Thelma definitely felt like a sisterly bond I was able to express my feelings honestly and she was just a breath of fresh air I lost ultimately 15 pounds with the minute drops thanks a lot
