Thelma is the absolute best! The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the entire staff is always friendly. Scheduling is easy, and Thelma truly takes her time to listen to your needs and create an individualized treatment plan. I always feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Similar to other reviews I signed up for a promotion. First they told me they were overbooked and needed to reschedule. Then I was told they don’t offer laser hair removal on an area clearly advertised multiple times. They tell me I have to contact the booking company for a refund meanwhile everyone I spoke to stated they were from Thryv Aesthetics and I can’t find any other booking company. Scam. Will be filing a fraud claim.
I signed up for a promotion they were offering online. They scheduled my appointment, Was rescheduled twice once due to the booking company over booking and the Second time I was canceled two hours before my appointment due to a provider emergency. The best experience ever. I had been experiencing hyperpigmentation from a pimple spot i put toothpaste on that sadly burned me. The hyperpigmentation was there for atleast two years. It is now completely gone thanks to Thelma. You really brought my confidence back. Your professionalism plus personalize care really made a difference.
