Greg put my mom and I at ease as we walked through the house with him. I’m a first time homebuyer and my mom has been in her house for 50 years, so neither us knew a lot about what to look for. Greg took his time and explained what he was looking for. We received the Inspection report not long after the inspection and it was detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend his services!

Marek completed an extremely thorough inspection and took the time to explain any concerns, thoughtfully answer all of my questions and even went above and beyond by offering suggestions to rectify any changes required. We would absolutely recommend MDHI home inspections to anyone who needs a home inspection!
