I had an issue with my spa berry. I reached out to MDH, i received a quick reply. They were booked up but gave me some ideas while I was in the que. They were great and the information they gave was awesome and im back in business!!! Great customer service.
If I could give a zero or negative stars for this company and service I would do this as 1 star is far too generous. This has been a terrible experience throughout and I will do everything possible to ensure none of my friends, family or any contact I know that is looking for a hot tub has to experience MDH Services. The hot tub that was delivered months later than promised has been damaged since it arrived and I have been promised every 2 weeks that it would be repaired. Having a serious pump problem so called them last week. Would’ve loved to use their services but they stopped answering me on Friday and are just reading my messages requesting a booking and not responding lol ???

We had a problem with one of our panels on the front of the hot tub. Trying to get it replaced has been a task with next to no communication from MDH. I have sent many emails and called multiple times. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.
