Today 01/10/23, I was seen for my appointment, didn't go well with the psychiatrist. She needs to listen to her patients and work with them. That's the negative of my visit. The women at the front desk need to be HIGHLY RECOGNIZED, this including the staff lady that takes you back and gets you set up on the screen. These women went way above and beyond their duties to help me and make sure I was able to get my medication today. First I was told I was going to be able to talk to a doctor in person, that was a lie. I had to sit in a room with a TV screen while the doctor was at home in Iowa. The audio wasn't working on the computer so I literally had to scream at the microphone and she couldn't understand me at all. Secondly she instantly took my off my anxiety medication without asking me if that was ok. I have extremely bad anxiety and can't live without it.
