Was a patient here for 4 years, received a letter “dismissing me” as a patient for apparently missing 3 appointments within those 4 years. Which I guess I could maybe understand, but things happen and you don’t always have 24 hour notice to reschedule. Now while I’m in between getting a new dr I have medications that I need. I cannot get into the new doctor office for 2 months, I requested a refill of my medication to bridge the gap. Always something wrong. Prescriptions are a mess from this place. Zero doctors just nurse practitioners. Terrible
We are lucky that our county hospital is located in Macomb. I always go there. Sometimes I didn’t find concerned doctors and I have to travel the city to get the Specialist. I hope MDH authority will look after us, and bring more and more Specialist in the city for a day or a month.
