This place is awful. I have terrible TMJ that has been evaluated by my primary care and dentist. They wanted to send me to an ENT to see if it was either my tonsils, ears, or something else causing issues..so I was referred here. They shoved a TMJ pamphlet at me and glanced at my tonsils. No further evaluation or anything basically refused to help. Told me I need to ask my primary care for a sleep study. Complete joke.
I scheduled my appointment months in advance and used a sick day for my appointment date. The rude woman at the front desk claimed my appointment wasn't for another 9 days. Which is difficult to verify since they don't send an email confirmation. 1 star for lack of organization and professionalism.
