I want to express my deep disappointment following my encounter today with your marketing team at Altona Gate Shopping Centre. I was in a hurry to pick up some groceries when your staff stopped me and asked for a few minutes of my time. How does one cancel a subscription to MSF? I was conned into donating by some backpacker on Sydney streets. There is no way on their website to Cxl it, and no email or text msg method for doing this that is easily accessible through any of these mediums. It is deceptive and misleading conduct and Consumer Affairs should put a stop their guilt trip/high pressure form of sales by Backpackers who don't really genuinely care about the donations and organisation and just want their selling commission.
