Anna was an incredible advocate for me during a very stressful time in my life. She is a straight shooter, but also deeply kind and compassionate. As someone who did not understand the legal process at all, I truly appreciated how thoroughly she explained every step to me. Her front desk staff were also extremely responsive and professional. Miriam Epstein the BEST lawyer ever! Miriam is very knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and caring. My grandson and I couldn't have asked for a more PERFECT person to represent us. We were very HAPPY with the service Miriam provided.
I do not recommend Miriam Epstein based on my experience with an estate matter. I found her communication to be curt and boarder line disrespectful. I experienced her as exceeding her authority and not acting in the interests of her clients. The entire representation missed the mark of professionalism IMHO.
I have dealt with several attorneys in my past & I have to tell you this is by far the BEST Law Firm I have ever engaged with..!! Tracey always called or e-mailed me back promptly & explained the entire process leaving no stone unturned..!! Attorney Mitrakas also followed up with me through this very complicated matter for me & this made it a very smooth, positive experience & outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS..!! THEY REALLY HELPED MY LIFE CHANGE IMPECCABLY..!!
