Very good service. Very professional approach. I highly recommend MDD and use them regularly to assist in the assessment of complex financial losses.
Disgusted with the incompetent service of this business. Over 1 month to further a claim despite being sent correct documentation in the first instance (they claim otherwise, but emails are evidence) then were dishonest about when claim was forwarded to insurer - actually 4 days after they said it was (again in email). Should have been a simple claim - previous agent processed in 1 business day, nearly at 5 weeks & still no refund.
