I was trying to give this place a chance but I can not. The wait times are crazy long and the staff isn’t the nicest. My final straw was this morning. If you are experiencing a cold like symptoms they will not see you. You are forced to take an outside COVID test and only then when it’s negative you are allowed to be seen. I’m 3 days in with a high fever wtf. I will be getting my record and moving on. DO NOT COME HERE, they do not care for you when it’s convenient for you only for the doctor. I usually don’t write reviews, but this doctor and the experience at both of the locations, Elizabeth and Rahway are worth taking the time to write one. First of staff is horrible, they are rude, will talk about you and don’t even care if you’re listening. To get them on the phone is ridiculous. Dr. Goradia is not bad, but sadly her staff makes this a place not to come back to. My list of disappointments could go on but better off just finding a new care provider.!!
