Purchased some product online. They didn't acknowledge the order or payment and had to be chased to send the product. They then only sent part of what I'd ordered. I emailed and they ignored. I telephoned and was promised they would fix, but they never did. Ending up going elsewhere and buying what I needed again - easier than dealing with these people.
I’m doing a DIY splashback and the guy was so helpful with making sure I had everything I needed. Helped load the car. Also gave me some tips. Highly recommend.
