0 stars if possible. I purchased a new home from them less than a year ago, and my experience has been very disappointing. Since moving in, I have encountered multiple issues, including concerns about concrete settlement and what appears to be a sinking garage floor. Account Managers here - extremely rude, un professional and has a serious ego for just an account manager! Highly recommend to stay away. It will save yourself hassle and annoying calls.
We are in our second Richmond home and could not be happier. I myself compared all over the Denver area and Believe this home is built more solid than the comparables. There are always a few things that need to be dealt and they were all handled.
