Account Managers here - extremely rude, un professional and has a serious ego for just an account manager! Highly recommend to stay away. It will save yourself hassle and annoying calls.
We are in our second Richmond home and could not be happier. I myself compared all over the Denver area and Believe this home is built more solid than the comparables. There are always a few things that need to be dealt and they were all handled.
My experience (St. Johns, Florida) has also been horrible just as most of the reviews are detailing. Like I mention in other reviews, this is very sad that this the only way to communicate with the Richmond/MDC team is through reviews and social media. There is no phone to call.
