Ordered a single Smeding s366(360 steel bearings/billet cmpsr wheel) to temporarily replace my compounds(PDDs ultimate towing twins) until i save the capital necessary to get a fleece 35-63 & 480 cuz the itsybitsy cute widdle k27 couldn't hang with the drive pressure generated by a Ferrell built stage 4 pump. Good products. Horrible customer service. Paid 2nd day air for turbo and intercooler boots. They ground shipped instead. Upon arrival, just received the turbo not the boots. Finally after calling them multiple times they finally answered and said they'd refund the shipping and send the boots out "tomorrow." Received the shipping refund but never saw the boots. Mack was awesome to work with, he got my tuning on my 5.9 spot on. Will def keep using him as my supplier. Honest, and great communication
They jumped thru hoops to get me taken care of with a Turbo that I needed overnight. Made follow up calls and gave expert advise. will be using them again !!!!!!!!
