Good products. Horrible customer service. Paid 2nd day air for turbo and intercooler boots. They ground shipped instead. Upon arrival, just received the turbo not the boots. Finally after calling them multiple times they finally answered and said they'd refund the shipping and send the boots out "tomorrow." Received the shipping refund but never saw the boots. This was over 2.5 weeks ago, still haven't seen them. Its been approximately 7 weeks since my original order and they have failed to correct their own mistakes. Wanted... read more

They jumped thru hoops to get me taken care of with a Turbo that I needed overnight. Made follow up calls and gave expert advise. will be using them again !!!!!!!!
