We absolutely love our new XT14E MKIII Offroad Caravan! Our experience with MDC Brisbane was fantastic from start to finish. 24/07/2025- We had an issue with solar panels on our new Forte9+ Caravan. We took it straight to MDC in Brisbane for them to have a look at. Yet again the customer service was awesome!! They told us to put a claim in and within a week it was booked in to have fixed. We want to especially thank Shane D, who has just been amazing to deal with, he was very knowledgeable, very helpful and went above and beyond, such a top bloke!!! Thank you so much MDC!! Edit. Sold at a 20k loss and couldn't be happier. 100k caravan with 7 solar panels apparently can't run.....anything. when I have told them of this problem they have implied im using it wrong....i used the fridge without cooling it down (i didnt)...i had the inverter on (i did...for 6 hours...powering nothing....in full sun....told via put in a warranty claim. No return phone call after calling them, no advise on how to fill out a warranty claim. There is no way my solar is working. Fix it. It's a 5 day old van Michael the s... read more
