We lodged a warranty claim with MDC Brisbane and gave MDC over two months’ notice regarding paint issues on our caravan. Throughout this process we dealt with Shane, who was extremely difficult to deal with calls weren’t returned, emails were overlooked, and our concerns were repeatedly ignored or misunderstood. We decided on a MDC caravan because the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Every time we came back for a look at the vans, we were treated with respect and nothing was any bother. Michael Hammant was our sales person and he kept us informed of the progress of the van right from when we signed the first document. The day of pick up Mackenzie Bradford was our hand over person. What a fantastic team - could not recommend MDC enough, we had an excellent salesman (Mick), who informed us of everything we needed to know. In addition, we have now picked up our Jackson Forward Fold from Archerfield Brisbane, and everything went to plan; a handover was completed, which was thorough, and we are now the proud owners of a wonderful camper trailer. Very happy - wonderful team and we are very thankful.
