Terrible place to come in the winter. I regularly bring my disabled mother to a few doctors in this building. It is never plowed, the sidewalks are never clear, never salted. Right now there are 5" of snow. I had to clear a path so we could see where the step is. Very dangerous!
I don't think I've ever had a worse experience at an urgent care. Checked in, and the receptionist said they might not be able to see my daughter for urgent care- that she'd have to ask the doctor. She came back and said we would be seen. We were triaged, and then she was given a COVID test (which we wouldn't have the results back for 3 days) & we were told we could leave. The staff here are unable to produce an itemized receipt for a very simple procedure. This has caused a months long issue with insurance. Avoid if you value your time.
I had such an amazing experience here. From someone who is always at urgent cares, this one was easily the best. I usually go to the Covenant Med Express on State because it’s very close, but not anymore. I walked in kinda last minute and they got me in within 15 min. paperwork and all. I had to have a procedure done and Dr. Connaghan was quick and amazing!! The staff at the front were also very friendly and compassionate even when I was a little nervous. Definitely recommend them!!!
She was very kind and considerate of my child... And knew what she had right away after the initial exam. Would recommend her anytime!
