Horrible customer service and they don’t speak English and they don’t understand English that well - I wanna talk to someone who knows well spoken English - SIPMD or MD24 have a HORRIBLE customer service
We just received a bill for a phone call after receiving a covid vaccine at Glendale Community College. They apparently billed to insurance as we still owe a co-pay. This seems scammy and we are looking in to who we need to report this company to.
Neither I nor my family have ever requested or received service from this company, yet they sent me a bill for undisclosed services. I suggest this company is nothing but a scam, billing people and insurance providers for services not rendered. Based on my experience, this company is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.
