An office full of young goofy & very unprofessional girls...who told me that I was pregnant...I was not...& refused to treat me under that false circumstance. I did not see a doctor anywhere in sight.
Dr. Ripp is amazing! At my first appointment with him, I immediately felt heard and respected. By far, this has been my most positive experience with a medical professional. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, reproductive healthcare can be uncomfortable and difficult to seek. I felt so affirmed, accepted, and safe here. I am six weeks post op from the procedure performed by Dr Ripp and I could not be happier with the outcome and the healing process.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff is beyond rude my sister went in for a check up (put in mind that she is 2 weeks away from having her baby) And the Dr. and assistant got attitude and made her check herself!!!! She was the only one in clinic and still the staff didn’t keep track of her name or any records from previous visits. It was a total mess!!! I Do not recommend it !!!
Long wait for just needing a result from my ultra sound. Over 1 hour and everyone has gone in before me that got here after me! Doctor is sweet but I can’t wait this long for a result....
The Doctor herself is great. Her assistants on the other hand... they leave a lot to be desired. Poor service. Long waiting time even though i was literally the only person there. I needed a reference for an ultrasound. When the girl from the office called she asked my name and proceeded to carry on in Spanish? I dont even speak or understand the language it was an assumption on my part. She caught an attidude when i told her I dont understand what language she was communicating in.
