I have seen several doctors, PA’s, assistants and receptionists at MD West and have never had even one bad experience with anyone. All are respectful and give me a sense of reassurance that my issue will be resolved and in each case it has been.
Professional and timely care.
The staff was very efficient and kind while had a day of many patients. The PA was very knowledgeable and is helping me figure out what can be done for the pain.
Everyone at MD WEST ONE from the receptionist, to the Preop staff, and floor nurses and CNA's were very nice to me. Special thanks to Dr. Phillips for both of my knee replacements, and this ole' gal is walking again. Don't take your mobility issues for granted, go to MD WEST ONE and I know someone there can help you. Thanks again❤️
