Even though I ended up coming late, the Intake person was kind and generous with time as was the x-ray person. PC Hayley was very welcoming. I appreciated her analysis of the x-rays. Dr. Otterburg’s experience was obvious … giving me explanation even for the difference in my two knee implants. Good for me to know considering the long-term predictable differences. His explanation of the timing of an MRI for back pain was helpful as I Deal with other medical situations.
I feel heard and I feel the concern the staff has for my pain! I trust this office and they have not let me down. Sooo happy to have found them!
