The wait time was a little longer today, unusual for here, as this was the first time but it was 20 minutes longer for me to get in. Other than that everything was good
There was a long initial wait from the time of my check in at reception till I was brought back to the exam area. Once in an exam room, the different providers (PA & spine neurosurgeon) followed each other in pretty rapid succession. The different providers were succinct but thorough in performing their exams and assessment questions which was very encouraging & reassuring that they are experienced & competent.
6-18-2026. Called ahead to their Urgent Care at 192nd and Dodge to make sure they would see my 9 year old for a foot sprain and possible X-ray. I was driving from Fremont and wanted to make sure they saw kids. They said absolutely bring him in. Get there, get checked in, fill out the 5 pages of paperwork. The MA comes out to inform me that they don’t see kids and I will have to go to children’s urgent care. When I questioned her about not seeing children she said the urgent care won’t see pediatrics.
