Brian was nothing short of AMAZING He was punctual and very professional. He started the service by checking in with me asking what my concerns were and he thoroughly explained what he was going to do to address the concerns which was reassuring he was knowledgeable and professional at his job. Really appreciate having the same tech every time, a first in working with most pest control services. Taxson lets me know when he’s coming, shows up When he says he will, greets me when he arrives, tells me when he’s done and ready to leave, and sends me his treatment summary promptly. I’ve also had reliably pleasant helpful interactions with the office staff when I’ve called about billing or Scheduling. Been through 4 pest services in last 5 yrs, and MD weaver is by far the best.
