I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately developed a double ear infection. I was able to be seen right away with no wait, and Ben, the NP, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly sent my prescriptions to a local pharmacy and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I returned for a follow-up visit with Ben, and he was just as kind and attentive. I really appreciated the great care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care!
They accept all major insurance per their website. However, beware not all are in network. Thus it will not go toward your in network deductible. You will not be warned. You will need to ask or call your insurance provider.

I took my daughter here on July 18th for severe ear pain after being encouraged by the positive reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. The medical assistant who triaged her was kind and seemed competent enough. Unfortunately, the visit went downhill from there. The provider, a very young gentleman, which in itself wasn’t the issue, never introduced himself or his credentials and simply opened with, “I’ll be your provider today.” From that moment on, I had little confidence that the visit would be worthwhile. ... read more
