By Texas law they have 11 months to send a bill. They really waited until 2 weeks before that deadline to send me a bill.
Did a urine analysis with a dr that sent the results here and I am extremely disappointed with the way that the billing is done. I got the bill in the mail only to find out that they don't have an online payment system. When I called to do a payment on the phone they told me I needed to send in a check? a check? Seriously who the hell writes those now a days? This is extremely frustrating cause no one wants to babysit a check and wait for it to go through.
I searched and searched all San Antonio for a reasonable price on a panel 12 with ETG and this place beat everyone in town. Not only were they affordable but Chase and Mark were two amazing people. No wait. In and out. Going in feeling overwhelmed and came out happy. Great conversation and definitely will be going back. Results in minutes. God Bless you all!
Service was more than adequate! The woman that collected our info was very nice. We went for a rapid test and the results were VERY ACCURATE. We went back for a PCR test at another date. We got our results the same day and are very satisfied with the service. Would 10/10 recommend!
Went for a rapid test and Roxanne and the others were so helpful and quick. In total we were there for about 20 minutes and they were amazing. We never had to get out of the car and they helped us get through the process easily and relaxed!
