Since being bought out by Frontier Waste, the customer service is AMAZING. I have seen the low star reviews and wanted to share my experience since MD had been sold to another company so that people would give them a fair shot. The trash service was never the issue, just the office and their ability to answer the phone. We started using MD Systems 10 years ago when we moved here. They always for get to pick up my trash and when you call them they say it was not out but is a lie I put it out the night before and have camera that show they never came by poor service poor customer service

I moved into a new house and I called MD Services because all my neighbors were using them. Figured they must be okay. Well... it's been a month and I still have not received my garbage or recycling can from them. I had to buy a garbage can just so I could have something. It has been emptied but if I don't receive my garbage cans - I will be canceling and going with someone else. I've called their office every week. Each week it's the same excuse, "I have a guy delivering and I don't know where you are on the list."
