More like 6 stars! My car had been sitting at another mechanic for a week waiting on a MD State Inspection. When I called Jack, he said he would have it done by closing time that day & stuck to it (even when I dropped it off later than expected). Called to let me know it was finished as promised, took the time to break down repair costs item by item over the phone, & even removed car tags for me so it would be ready for the buyer to pick up.
