I had an appointment with Michelle for a sports massage as I have a very stiff neck and shoulder. Whole experience was marvellous. Very professional, Michelle talked me through everything. Dignified, respectful and clearly extremely knowledgeable in her field. Subsequently I feel so much better with more movement/flexibility. Am going back in two weeks for Michelle to take another 10 years off! Highly recommend.
Michelle is amazing!!!! I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain which is now gone following her treatment and advice! Highly recommend! Michelle is a miracle worker. I have long suffered with my neck, shoulders and back. After just one session my pain levels have drastically reduced, I’ve had no headaches and my sleep has massively improved which has hugely benefited my days. Michelle explained everything in great detail so I fully understood why I was feeling how I was and how I could help reduce my symptoms. Michelle has incredible understanding and knowledge, backed up by the skills needed. Michelle conducts her self very professionally, even down to being drapped correctly. Highly recommend.
I have just received an excellent massage from Michelle at MD Sports Massage Therapy. The room is lovely and spacious. Michelle is extremely pleasant, personably and professional. She made sure what help I required, then concentrated on my areas of need in a thorough, expert manner. I now feel relaxed, and looking forward to another visit when I feel ready.
