Dr. Weber is the the greatest of all time she goes above and beyond for her patients my husband lost half the skin on his forearm many layers deep she did a skin graft and you can hardly tell anything ever happened at all she is truly an amazing!
My review is only for the front staff. The receptionist is rude and we got into a verbal altercation because I treated her exactly how she treated me. I was in a bad car accident and had to have surgery and had to see Dr hashem many times. I dreaded having to go in because not only am I in pain but then I had a deal with the rude staff. I told the doctor and I told the office manager. The office manager seem to not care. more or less friendly staff & Dr....but they assured me the doctor was in network when in fact she was not. I had the pleasure of wasting 2 hours and paying an out of network claim for the consult. Luckily I asked them to get verbal confirmation before they went forward with the procedure otherwise I'd probably be on the hook for more. Lesson learned here...
Dr Weber is an excellent specialist. Her staff fit Genesis into her tight agenda last Friday. She has a great personality and as well as her staff. The Dr explained thoroughly her injury...a very bruised pinky. NO fracture!!! The waiting area is amazing. What an excellent view of NYC.
