AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS , first of all they won’t even give your your results online or on the phone it HAS to be in person and they tell you to make an appointment for it but then don’t disclose to you even if you go to your appointment 15 minutes prior you still have to wait over 2 HOURS to even be called into a room. Horrible facility. No bedside manner and not the way to handle a medical facility. The least they can do is call you with results to avoid missing 2 days of work for this. They take really good care when i'm there
Tu llamas y te cogen el teléfono te dicen que te van a dar la información y duras horas ahí ellos con el teléfono abierto, ni siquiera puedes hacer una cita…. Dos dias llamando y me dicen que me espere y dejan el teléfono colgado
The doctor did not put lubricant on the plastic tool for the pap smear test. Also she did not introduced her self. When she inserted her fingers in me she did not provide me with something to clean myself after. Also she threw the prescription paper at me. When i told her “thank you” she ignored me. I would NEVER go there again! I felt weird and uncomfortable.
