We were very appreciative of the quick response with it being the day after a Labor Day holiday. The technician was very quick to diagnose our Capacitor was bad. Overall a very quick fix and pleasant customer service. I would have expected a cost of $250a little (+or-)to be reasonable with service call and part. My wife paid $340 which I felt was a bit on the higher side for the Valley. Again we appreciate the chance to respond on this business and the response time and professional service were absolutely amazing.

Second time I have used M.D. Smith over the years. I called yesterday around noon and they sent Carlos out today to work on my air conditioning. He was very respectful of me and my home. I asked a lot of questions and he kindly answered them all. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue with my A/C and repairing it and very good at communicating what he was doing. I appreciate the good service I received from M.D Smith Heating & Air and from Carlos! Definitely recommend!
