When I called to make my mom's appointment Natasha was very kind and helpful she gave us an appointment right away. Carmen at check out was very sweet and also helpful. Dr.Shirodkar as always listened to our questions and concerns he is such a great doctor.

I had an 8:15am appointment. Someone in their office moved me to 11am without my consent. When I arrived at 8:10am and showed them my appointment card that said 8:15 they proceeded to take all the other customers that came in after me. This happened 3 times over 30 minutes. I went and complained to which they said nothing but offered for me to see Dr Kwatra who has the bedside manner of a nat.
