My husband recently visited MD Now Urent Care for a pre-employment drug test and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Ariel McKenzie. During the visit, she repeatedly addressed him using terms like “Papi” and “baby.” My husband politely explained that those terms made him uncomfortable and respectfully asked her to stop. They were really nice, the wait time was like zero mins. I was seen, explained what was happening and the Dr got me right what I needed. No hustle, in and out. Its also nice that its right around the corner from where I live.
Great fast efficient visit
Lleve a mi esposa hace un tiempo por un dedo fracturado. Ella estaba paseando mi perro, el tiro de la correa muy fuerte, se enredó en su dedo y se fracturó. La persona del front Desk sin medir consecuencias ni entender la dinámica de la situación, iba a llamar a la policía para reportar a mi perro. De verdad de sentían las ganas de ella por llamar a la policía. Me pareció fuera de lugar y poco profesional.
