My Mother went to MD Now Urgent Care for a preop visit. They were to take an EKG, urine test, vitals, and chest xray. She waited 3 hrs to get it all done. There equipment does not work. They had to take vitals 2 times, EKG took 5 times to get results, and they had to do a chest xray 2 times because they said the equipment was not working. The next day she received a call and was told she had pneumonia. They ordered 3 different antibiotics and was told to return 3 days after she finished the antibiotics for a repeat chest xra... read more
2+ hour wait after checking in online and getting texts that I would be seen in 10 minutes. Nightmare experience!!!
