I just visited MD Now Urgent Care on Landstar Boulevard for my daughter to be seen, and the experience was unacceptable. The front desk receptionist was extremely unprofessional, sitting with her foot up on a chair, asking numerous personal questions out loud in violation of basic HIPAA and privacy standards. She left to go to the back, returned with an attitude, and asked what insurance we had before even telling me whether my daughter could be treated.
