Called to confirm the lab they used is in network with United Healthcare, was told it is, then received a $345 bill for an out of network lab. Would have went somewhere else if I had been given the right information
First time at this location. Staff is amazing. KJ was working the phones and front desk, shes an absolute sweetheart. Kevin was my PA, he was very knowledgeable, attentive, and down to earth. He listened to my issues and worked through the possibilities with me without making me feel rushed. Kayla was my MA and she was the best, very funny, smart, and friendly. Shes a keeper. There is another location a bit closer to me but honestly its worth driving farther to see them.
I just felt like the staff were rude and helped those whom they chose. One patient did not have their ID however they still were willing to see him. I did not have my card with me and they told me they could not see me. Then when I had my card gave them a second chance and explained I wasn't happy then they said why are here when I explained I did not know the area. I'd never been to an urgent care before, but this one definitely left a lasting impression. The service was fast and efficient, and the providers were incredibly informative, kind, and compassionate. I truly appreciated how well they explained everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
