Only went to MD Now due to insurance. The front staff and nurse was super nice and friendly. I saw Chelsea Lucas who gave me tests that came back negative. I explained my concern & requested antibiotics due to prior history. She disregarded and refused to give an antibiotic so now I am worse and will be going to my Primary doctor on Monday. If you think you may need antibiotics don’t waste your time here because they don’t believe in prescribing antibiotics.
Review Update, 5 weeks ago I gave a five star review about the care and professionalism I received at MD Now - Altamonte Spr. However, after recently going to a Podiatrist and actually getting to see my x-rays, I give them a 1 star review. MD Now informed me that my big toe had been fractured right down the middle of the bone, but it is actually shattered in 4 different places. Which was quite visible and easy to see even for me.
