PA Kailey and staff were so kind and personable. The facility itself is also very nice and clean. I really appreciated the care I received and will recommend to anyone needing urgent care.
I just found out.This place is going to be closing at 5 o'clock in two weeks.I am so disappointed ! I gave it 5 stars originally, but now I am very unhappy with what they are doing. There are people that cannot come early and obviously they don't care that there are people walking in there in the evening. Every time I went, people came in after me. 4th of July: The wait time was satisfactory. The front desk staff was not kind or friendly at all. The PA, Fabio, couldn’t have been less helpful. I’ve had worsening viral symptoms for going on four days now.
