When I arrived i was told i had a two hour wait and that the on line check in was not a check in system, even though that is what it says. Even though they told me I was in the system or cue i could not leave and come back. I had to wait the two hours. If I left and came back i would have to start all over again. * Updated to add additional negative review from another visit** I signed in online through their system and checked in to save my place in line. My one year-old grandson was sick, so I waited until it was close time for my scheduled slot to take him to the office. I did my check-in and registration while waiting and waited an additional hour and a half in the car with him until I received a text that they were ready for me to come in.
