First time experience at this location. Had drug screen testing done. Manager should re-evaluate or re-assess customer service skills of some staff on duty especially Marie, P unpleasant staff with a dismissive attitude.
Doctor got cut steri stripped to close.
Do not go to this Urgent Care office. I was treated so rude. The front desk office needs some Customer Service training. Your personal medical information is not private at this office. I don’t think they deserve even 1 star.
The Ladies(Iquiisha,Kate,Civil) here took great care of me, fast and efficient. They saw I was physically in pain and did everything they could to make my vist seamless. Thank you all for you kindness.
