Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Both nurse and doctor had lovely demeanor and quite professional. All quite friendly and efficient. All around excellent expeirience. Sherline was just the most lovely welcome to MD Now. She made me feel better with her smile and attitude. She should be the front desk trainer for all of the locations.
Fantastic and seamless experience. I made my appointment online, confirmed my information online, showed up on time and was greeted kindly. The team reviewed my information before I arrived and before the nurse came to meet with me. The team listened to my needs and had me out with a diagnosis and treatment plan within 30 minutes.
