I had one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life today, which is why I’m giving this place one star. I woke up with chest pain and went to this MDNOW; upon arrival, I checked in as usual and sat down to wait. When they called me, they said they had to charge me $100 because my insurance wasn't responding. I didn't understand that, as I’d never had this problem before—that’s why they have my information on file.
