I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Vikas Patel and MD Longevity Lab. Their proactive and step by step approach was a breath of fresh air in a digital healthcare age that focuses on sickness, high patient turnover, and non-human interactions. Absolutely the best at what they do. Perfect at explaining your health and letting you understand precisely what it is that you need to start/keep doing. Amazing people with genuine care for your health and wellbeing.
I want to live a long, healthy life. Dr. Patel ran DEXA scans, V02max, and more. He spent hours walking me through what they mean and how to take small, proactive steps to make progress. Having the real data specific to me made all the difference. Since our session, I’ve started lifting weights, upped my protein, and more. I’m excited to go back in a year to do the session again and see progress. It turns out, this changed my life and is likely making my life longer too.

We all want a doctor like Dr. Patel. He has a rare combination of intellectual firepower, demeanor and patience that is so hard to find. He has been innovating different aspects of patient care for decades, and with MD Longevity Lab he has found a way to supply a service that the world (and our area) badly need. I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to do so for this group. What they're doing is remarkable.
