I dont understand the negative reviews. Some people are extremely difficult to please. I recently had a new patient visit with Dr Hammoud. I have nothing but great things to say! The office staff was very welcoming and professional. He gave me time and listened. I did not feel rushed , I felt heard and cared for. I was scheduled for my recommended procedure before I left with all instructions reviewed! If anything, do yourself a favor and go see Dr Hammoud for your GI concerns. Very professional office.
They canceled my appointment a week prior because apparently they don’t accept my insurance or allow self pay. No one notified me at the time of scheduling my appointment. So now I’m back at square one, with no follow up from my hospital visit and results and a limited supply of my prescription left.
Refused service due to seeing another doctor since they did not have any close available appointments. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
If I could give zero stars I would!!!! I have NEVER seen a doctor with such disrespect and no compassion for elders!!! I hope no one treats his parents like he treated my mother!! Shame on you! The first thing you're taught in medical school is how to treat people!!!!!! My mother was suffering with gastrointestinal issues and she was with my niece for her appointment.
