Sleezy Melanie thought a company name change would save her name. Md leasing is now four points property management co 4 points of scam artistry, lies, and unprofessionalism.
Usually I don’t write reviews but I feel no one should go through the same bad experiences like us… Everything was going well with Melanie for a few months .We really trusted her but she broke our trust.She collected one month rent from our tenants and never paid us .We have an ongoing complaint registered about her and still fighting for the rental payment.Please think not twice many times before hiring her.Don’t get into her trap.Very unprofessional.
I’d leave half a star if I could. Ripped off a 15 year old girl with a stolen iPhone smart watch from marketplace on Facebook. What kinda business owner does that?
When I initially signed the contract with Melanie - MD Leasing, I received pretty good service& responses for about 3 months. However, I was not advised on the correct rent rate in the area (being a 1st time landlord) which already had me at a disadvantage. Anyways, after those 3 months, it has been an absolute nightmare. MD LEASING IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Melanie misrepresented me and misappropriated funds, leaving me with no choice but to pursue legal action against her to the fullest extent of the law. She got a tenant through airbnb and then switched to personal payment. now this dispute has left us without a legal rental agreement. Simply unprofessional. Please think twice before considering her.
