Ben did a really great job on our lawn for about a year. Very prompt and professional work! Then in mid-May of this year we never heard from him again. No response to texts or messages, and no-show to his remaining scheduled appointments. We figured maybe he graduated and moved on, but regardless we wish you the best Ben!
I had a great first experience with this company! They completely refreshed my neglected flower beds—redefining the edges, weeding, putting down fresh mulch, and installing new plants. 0 stars. Super disappointed with this company and Ben. At first, he came out for a quote quickly and seemed very nice. I agreed to the quote and signed off online. After that, he did not communicate at all. I would text him to confirm the date of service and all he would reply with is “yes”.
