Alexandria was amazing!! She explained everything in detail, all the information of what she was going to do, and made me feel confident and very comfortable . I was fascinated, and I’m super happy to have found Alexandria.
Alexandria is the BOMB! I hope she never leaves as there was some staff turnover prior to this and for a while it was a different laser tech every time I would go. The last 2 times I’ve had Alexandria now. Alexandria is professional and makes you feel comfortable (which can be awkward depending on what areas you’re having done). She really took her time explaining aftercare and preparation to me for laser hair removal, which I really appreciate.
