My mom had a bad experience with MD Lab. The technician was incompetent and unprofessional. She came, poked my mom's both arms and couldn't get her blood test taken. I called to report the incident and they wouldn't even let me speak with the supervisor.
So covid kills right? ...75 bucks for same day results. 2-3 days for basic results.
I came here May 25th 2022 with my 4 year old son there were only 2 people ahead of us. I filled out the form with my personal information and the nurse made a copy of my DL and kaiser insurance card. Its May 31st and still no results and my child's school will not allow him to return without a negative test result. I'm contacting Kaiser today to notify them since their banner advertises they accept Kaiser insurance. Complete waste of my time. Feels like a scam operation.
