I just want to start with I really love this clinic for my kids. I moved to Ft worth from Beaumont Tx and it was a pain to get there Medicaid switch over but MD was very patient and understanding. But the front desk agent Jennifer was so helpful she really went out her way to help me cause she seen I was struggle and trying my best i love people with get customer service she was so patient and caring.
