I was seen in Immediate Care on 6-16-2025 by C. Holtman for treatment of a thorn puncture wound of a finger. He saw me within minutes of my arrival, was very professional, thorough, and prescribed treatment that resolved the infection in a few days, allowing me to use my hand again. The entire staff was efficient and friendly. My experience was a satisfying one, and I felt comfortable that good care was provided.
Doctor Markely does an excellent job at mocking you and minimizing any issue you have. If "kindness" and a dismissive/arragont smile of reassurance and 0 action fixed things, he would be a top notch provider. I fully believe this is a poorly related facility due to his come once, make you leave and come back a second time policy. This isnt one time im going off of. This is several instances.
