UPDATE (01/09/2026): Dr Josh called on 31/08/2026 afternoon to apologise for the unacceptable wait time. He admitted it might have been a blunder on their part. That is good. Acceptance means they care and are willing to improve. Josh called again today 01/09 to informing that my reports are with my doctor. Update (31/08/2026): This time I made an appointment and was there well before time. Only got seen after speaking with the desk staff. Had been waiting a good 45 minutes!! A walk-in patient was told 45 minutes waiting time and here was I, with an appointment, and still waiting 45 minutes!! The very apologetic X-Ray tech said something about machine breakdown but looks like they just forgot about me. So, no improvement yet!! Very disappointing customer service. The person who answered the phone was very rude and impatient. My client could hear her, but her voice kept cutting in and out, making it difficult for my client to understand what she was saying. The staff member, however, could hear my client clearly. Instead of being patient and trying to resolve the communication issue, she said, “Oh, maybe you don’t need it,” and then hung up the phone. I had a great experience at MD Imaging. The staff were informative, helpful, and took the time to address all of my concerns. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic itself was clean, well-organised, and had a calm, friendly atmosphere. The appointment ran smoothly, and I felt well looked after from check-in to the end of my visit. I would highly recommend MD Imaging to anyone looking for excellent care and service.
