I'm not a patient, but they have sent me two emails that were supposed to go to their client--one confirming the date, time, and location of her MRI (to which I politely informed them they had the wrong email address. They responded 'okay') Weeks later, I received another email for a patient survey for the same patient. Clearly, the brushed off my email. Carol, whoever you are, I'm sorry they don't care enough to respect your medical privacy.
My husband called last night to make an appointment for a chest xray that was ordered by his primary care doctor that same evening for tightness in the chest. He is not sick. He called MDImaging in Wappingers, and he was told he had to go and get a Covid test first, test negative, give them the results, and then he could have the xray. After he told me this, I immediately told him to call Caremount Medical in Poughkeepsie, who took him last night, gave him his xray, with a 48 hour turn around for results.
