My grandfather's doctor here was Johann Hall. While she was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, the office staff is terrible. The office staff doesn't answer the phone most of the time, their voicemails are always full and if they do answer the phone they tell you they'll take care of what you need, but never do, so you have to make repeated telephone calls to get anything done.
