Such a wonderful experience with MD! I called at 5pm on a Monday and the owner made every effort to get someone out to our house that night but due to my schedule I couldn’t be home for them to come. They had the service tech, Forrest, out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within 45 minutes. This was my first time using them and will definitely only call them in the future. I am also signing up for their maintenance plan. Thanks, yall!
I called the owner Matt at 830 in the morning and my technician Jordan was at my house by 10. He was so prompt and professional. He was assertive and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issued. By far the best air services I've used in years. Will most definitely be calling them again for all my heating and air needs.
MD heating and air is the only company I will let touch my HVAC. They are honest and punctual. They are not out to sell you on something you don’t need. Matt is the man. Why hire another HVAC service when you could have the doctor of HVAC!
